During his medical training, Joon frequently relocated for rotations across the country. Each move highlighted a challenge - to find clean, reliable and fully furnished housing for a short-term. Meanwhile, Jenny had grown up watching her father navigate the challenges of property investing, from tenant turnover to the day-to-day stresses of property management.
